industry. His vast experience has translated into styling
and cutting all types of hair.

BARBER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Meet Randy! Randy is a family man, hard worker, master barber,
and Chesterfields’ Assistant General Manager.

Randy has spent over 20 years mastering his craft and is
dedicated to improving the lives of men and women through his
amazing hair artistry. Randy prides himself on being more than
a barber, but a friend to all.

Daija Terry
BARBER

Daija has been working in high end shops since 2022 and most
recently found residency cutting hair in Miami. As much as she
loved working in The Sunshine State, she knew all along that
nothing would ever beat Boston. Proudly hailing from Roxbury,
Daija is thrilled to be working alongside the Master Barbers at
Chesterfields. She loves working with her clients to give them
a cut that perfectly suits them based on their desired style and
specific hair and head traits.
